The petitioner seeks bail in Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 365/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. No T.I.P. has been held in this case. The police has implicated this petitioner during investigation on the basis of suspicion that looted mobile was used by the petitioner. In fact, aforesaid mobile was used by petitioner after purchasing the same from co-accused Chandan Sah.

Petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S.
