The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to remove encroachment from the land of the petitioner bearing plot No. 28, Khata No. 23, area 29 decimals situated by the side of Mali Police Station.

From perusal of Annexure-2, measurement made by the Anchal Amin, it appears that no part of the land of the petitioner has been encroached by the Police Station. Having considered the facts aforesaid, I find no merit in this writ petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. BKS/- (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) U
