JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-07-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(A) A writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction, quashing the following - I. To dispose of the Supply Appeal No. 40 pending before District magistrate cum Collector, Gaya against order passed by Sub-Divisional Officer, Sherghati in Supply Case No. 14/2014 on 27.11.2014 cancelling the license Public Distribution System Licence bearing no. 1 of 2007 of the petitioner.

Shop of the petitioner till the pendency of the appeal before District Magistrate, Gaya. (B). To any relief/s for which the petitioner is found entitled to."
