JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 25-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The Petitioners seek bail in Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 391 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366A, 376, 452,323/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 of the POCSO Act and Section 3(1) (r) (s) (x) of the SC/ST Act. From the written report it appears that there is specific allegation against co-accused Rambabu Kumar and Nakul Kumar. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners that they attempted to kidnap the daughter of the informant. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14703 of 2017 (2) dt.25-04-2017 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Samastipur in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 391 of 2016 subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
