Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2019.
