2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 27.02.2016, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 319 of 2015 having earlier been rejected by order dated 19.08.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 32888 of 2016.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any fresh ground to take different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
