JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-11-2022 Mr. Bindhyachal Singh, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, after some arguments, being faced with the objection regarding non-exhaustion of alternative remedy, submits that the petitioner would avail the alternative remedy.

With liberty as aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.

Learned Senior Counsel, however, submits that the petitioner's appeal is likely to be met with the issue of delay. In view of such submission, this Court would observe
