Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No. 9 of 2017 registered under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a), 37(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner was only travelling as a passenger in the vehicle from which recovery has been made. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.01.2017. Case No. 9 of 2017.
