====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 8.8.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 44966 of 2018. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court by aforesaid order in which he was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, but he could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time because he suffered from jaundice. The prayer has been made to extend time by further three weeks to surrender in the Court below. This modification application is allowed with direction to petitioner to surrender in the court below within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy this order.
