Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 308, 354(B), 379, 385, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against this petitioner is of commission of assault on the head of the informant by means of farsa. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Injury caused by the petitioner is simple in nature. Case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11553 of 2023(2) dt.15-05-2023 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Kishunpur P. S. Case No. 87 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
