This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 04.11.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 65224 of 2019, whereby the present petitioners have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16397 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 petitioner no. 5 was out of the State for his livelihood and he was not communicated about the order passed by this Hon'ble Court on time and due to this, he could not surrender before the learned Court below within the time granted by this Court. He accordingly prays for two weeks more time to surrender before the learned Court below.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to the petitioner no. 5 for surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 04.11.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 65224 of 2019, is hereby extended by further two weeks from today. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
