The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have snatched mobile phone from the son of informant. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is no allegation of any overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11659 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bairiya P.S.
