JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-08-2019 Petitioner has earlier approached this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 6156 of 2017. The writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner. After the order of this Court dated 16.4.2018 the respondents have examined the claim of the petitioner and made payment of the admitted dues. However, there is dispute over the continuity of the scheme and working of the petitioner. The aforesaid dispute cannot be adjudicated in the present writ application. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with
