The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court for directing the payment of GPF amount, pension as also the remaining amount of gratuity and difference of 6th pay revision.
In an affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.7, the District Provident Officer, Munger that it has been stated a sum of Rs.3,79,105/- has been sanctioned to the petitioner vide letter dated 22.09.2016. In another counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondents no.3 to 5, it is stated that all the arrears of salary have been paid including the difference amount of Rs.61,506/- and Rs.17,200 of earned leave.
In view of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.7, the claim of the petitioner for payment of the GPF amount of the balance retiral dues stands settled.
Patna High Court CWJC No.7744 of 2014 (3) dt.22-10-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instruction as to whether any other amount is due. Keeping in view the stands of the respondents that all the retiral dues have already been paid. I do not find that any further order is called in the present writ petition. The same is disposed of. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to file Interlocutory Application, if any other amount is due and which has not been paid to the petitioner.
