The petitioner is accused in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 398 of 2016, registered under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that husband of the informant performed his re-marriage, thereafter, a Panchayati was convened in which the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant agreed to execute the sale deed of three bigha land for her maintenance and the maintenance of her children and it was decided that the expenses of the registry would be borne by the informant. Thereafter, the informant sold her ornaments to bear the expenses of registry, but when she went at registry office to get execute the sale deed then her father-in-law wanted to

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the informant and he has falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S.
