This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner who is in custody in connection with Kashichak PS Case No. 103 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 376 and 376(d) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of POCSO Act.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner this Court is not inclined to enlarge him on bail. This application is therefore rejected.

However, the court below is directed to expedite the trial of the case and conclude the same within a period of nine
