Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. was lodged on missing of informant's daughter Nitu Kumari.

The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she had voluntarily married with Shyam Narain Paswan, the brother-in-law of the petitioner. Considering the statement of the victim girl, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15920 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran/Successor Court, in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No.346 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
