Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the lawyer of the complainant was not present on last day before the court, but without hearing the learned counsel for the complainant only on the plea that the opposite party no.2 is ready to compromise the case with the petitioner of this case, though petitioner was not ready to compromise and as such, in behind back of the petitioner, the opposite party no.2 has been
