The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.216 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 32(ii), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. A supplementary affidavit has been filed in Court today which is taken on record. Petitioner has annexed his educational documents therewith to show that he is preparing for competitive examination.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10836 of 2022(3) dt.11-04-2022 2/2 of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Excise Court No.1, Vaishali in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.216 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
