Patna High Court CWJC No.3206 of 2019 dt.20-02-2019 2/3 The petitioner, pursuant to an advertisement issued in the year 2018, applied for being selected on the post of Anganbari Sevika for the concerned Centre and was declared to be successful with first position in the merit-list. Despite this, private respondent No. 10 was appointed on the post of Anganbari Sevika.

2. The petitioner has challenged the aforesaid appointment, bypassing her claim, before the District Programme Officer, Nalanda along with the details of her grievances, but till date, the complaint/representation of the petitioner has not been disposed off by the District Programme Officer, Nalanda.

3. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation/complaint before the District Programme Officer, Nalanda (respondent No. 4), detailing her grievances and citing grounds that private respondent No. 10 has wrongly been appointed in her place as Anganbari Sevika, within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation/complaint, the concerned respondent shall,
