It has been submitted that in the writ petition as well as in the order dated 3.8.2018 the name of district of petitioner has wrongly been typed as "Katihar" instead of "Purnea". Similarly, the designation of respondent no.8 has also wrongly been typed as "Block Development Officer, K. Nagar Block, Purnea" instead of "Block Education Officer, K. Nagar, Block

In view of the above, let the name of district of petitioner be read as "Purnea" in place of "Katihar" as also the designation of respondent no.8 be read as "Block Education Officer, K. Nagar, Block Purnea" in place of "Block Development Officer, K. Nagar Block, Purnea." Accordingly, the order dated 3.8.2018 is modified to the extent mentioned above.
