The petitioner in the present writ application has prayed for quashing of order dated 22.01.2019 (Annexure-8) passed by the respondent no. 5 in Encroachment Case No. 06/2018-19. The petitioner has further prayed for commanding the respondents not to interfere the peaceful possession of the petitioner over 2 katha portion of the R.S. Plot No. 1521 under Khata No. 275, situated in village Pachraur, P.S.- Taraiya, District- Saran and its peaceful enjoyment by him.

Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2185 of 2019(2) dt.14-02-2019 2/2 petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a civil suit before the Court with competent jurisdiction within three months from today for the redressal of his grievance. In the meantime, status quo shall be maintained for the said period.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
