The petitioners are in judicial custody in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No.313 of 2021 instituted under Sections 302,120(B) of the IPC & 25(1-B)a/27/35 of Arms Act. Earlier the matter was rejected by this Court on 08.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.30765 of 2022. There is direct allegation against the petitioner which has come in the confessional statement followed by his own confession that he along with Patlu @ Amardeep were assigned the job of killing the lady Deepak Sharma.

Considering the aforesaid fact that no fresh ground to take a second look.
