Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that certain documents which are necessary for adjudication of the present bail application have inadvertently not been brought on record and, as such, he seeks to withdraw the present application with a liberty to file a fresh bail application.

3. Considering the aforesaid information given on behalf of the petitioner, in case the petitioner files a fresh bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17410 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 application, the certified copy of the FIR and impugned order shall be allowed to be utilized.

4. Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
