The petitioner in the present writ application has prayed for quashing of order dated 22.01.2019 (Annexure-7) passed by the respondent no. 5 in Encroachment Case No. 06/2018-19. The petitioner has further prayed for commanding the State respondents not to interfere the peaceful possession of the petitioner over 2 katha 8 dhurs portion of the R.S. Plot No. 1521 under Khata No. 275 situated in village Pachraur, P.S.- Taraiya, District- Saran and its peaceful enjoyment over the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2186 of 2019(2) dt.14-02-2019 2/2 same the same has been settled by the ex-landlord in 1927. Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a civil suit before the Court with competent jurisdiction within three months from today for the redressal of his grievance. In the meantime, status quo shall be maintained for the said period.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
