JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-10-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. By order dated 17.06.2020 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 69239/ 2019 this petitioner was granted provisional bail for three months with a direction to the court below to extend the period of provisional bail if the court proceeding in physical mode will not resume in next three months. Now since the court proceeding in physical mode has already resumed, the petitioner is directed to appear before the court below and make prayer for confirmation of provisional bail, in pursuance of order dated 17.06.2020 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 69239/ 2019.

With the aforesaid direction, this petition is disposed of.
