The petitioner seeks bail in S.T. No. 15 of 2017 arising out of Jogbani (Bathnaha) P.S. Case No. 28 of 2016 under Section 307/34 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the son of the informant Mustakim @ Raja with screw driver. It is submitted that only one injury was found on the neck of the son of the informant, which is found to be simple in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2016. The petitioner has already remained in custody for 13 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
