2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment, as Niyojit Panchayat Teacher, on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner was appointed, as Panchayat Teacher, after investigation of all her educational certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same have been declared as forged and fabricated without proper verification or giving any notice to the petitioner.

No.22122 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 Moreover, petitioner has already given resignation on 15.03.2024 to the authority concerned through the Registered post from the post of Panchayat Teacher (copy of the resignation letter annexed as Annexure-3 to the supplementary affidavit).
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P. S. Case No. 159 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
