JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGEMENT Date: 27-08-2018 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner on 24.04.2015 for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent no.5 to accept and receive 1897 quintals of paddy purchased by the petitioner, who was the then Chairman of Primary Agriculture Credit Society (PACS) of Sughri under Govindpur Anchal, from the farmers for Kharif Marketing

Patna High Court CWJC No.6557 of 2015 dt.27-08-2018 2/2 Season 2014-15 for which payments have already been made to the farmers through RTGS in their respective bank accounts on 31.03.2015 itself.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since respondent no.5 has already accepted and received the paddy purchased by the petitioner, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made above, the writ petition is dismissed.
