In the present case, the petitioner is challenging the seizure of the material as the petitioner is not having a licence of the saw mill but, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has the license and wrongly the property has been seized. This is the matter which has to be looked into by the competent authority. If an application is filed by the petitioner for release of the material, the authority concerned will decide the case in accordance with law after examining all the points raised by the
