Earlier this Court has rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner vide order dated 26.2.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6224 of 2016. From the First Information Report, it appears that the petitioner had caught hold the victim and another accused person has pierced the knife in the chest of the victim.
The Court has perused the report dated 05.05.2017 which shows that one accused person has not appeared. In that view of the matter, this Court directs the trial court, if necessary, may separate the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same on day-to-day basis.
