2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that an amount of 3,49,648/- has been withdrawn/deducted from his account after his retirement.

3. The petitioner does not know as to why the aforesaid amount has been deducted by the employer. A representation which was made by him before the Assistant General Manager, Allahabad Bank, Zonal Office, Muzaffarpur has yielded no result.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner therefore submits that the petitioner has no idea as to why the aforesaid amount has been withheld. The petitioner at least deserves an answer regarding the cause of deduction of the aforesaid amount which by any standard is a substantial amount.

5. Let the petitioner make a fresh representation before the Assistant General Manager, Allahabad Bank, Zonal Office, Muzaffarpur within a period of three weeks from today. On receipt of such representation/application, the concerned respondent shall make the petitioner aware of the reason for such deduction of the amount from the account of the petitioner within a period of three weeks thereafter.

6. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
