Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C.

As per allegation, this petitioner assaulted brother of the informant with spade.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between the parties and the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted brother of the informant with spade. Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature.
