Petitioners seek bail in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No.22 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30,38,41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. Further submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 21.01.2020.
