The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 66 of 2020 corresponding to Special Case No. 541 of 2020 registered under Sections 30 (a) and 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20921 of 2021(2) dt.13-01-2022 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Araria in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 66 of 2020 corresponding to Special Case No. 541 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
