The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 313, 504, 506, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he went to the house of the informant and forcefully developed sexual relationship with her on the pretext of false promise of marriage. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner and the informant have solemnized marriage with each other. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. 5.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14457 of 2025(2) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since the petitioner and informant have solemnized marriage, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.510 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
