The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No.94 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 307, 379/504 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners while submitting that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent submits that the dispute arose for following the disposal thrown by the daughter of the informant who is not a witness to the occurrence. He submits that although it is reported that the daughter is admitted in P.M.C.H. but the allegation is omnibus against all the accused. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of allegations and the circumstances

No.4981 of 2016 (2) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 leading to, let the petitioners namely, (1) Dhora Ram, (2) Kishore Ram,(3) Kumar Ram @ Ram Kumar Ram, (4) Sunil Ram and (5) Anil Ram @ Anil Kumar in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing individual bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No. 94 of 2015 subject to the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
