In this case, the petitioner is claiming that he is entitled to Transfer Grant amount of Rs. 37,120/-. The petitioner was posted at Patna and has been transferred to Danapur claiming that he is entitled to the aforesaid

Patna High Court CWJC No.6504 of 2013 (3) dt.29-02-2016 amount in terms of the section and policy decision of the L.I.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation of the petitioner is pending as is apparent from the counter affidavit.

In that view of the matt, the authority of the L.I.C. is directed to decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
