On 14.11.2022, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the matter is very old and as such he would like to ascertain the present status of the case pending before the learned Additional District Judge-XIth, East Champaran at Motihari.

The present appeal was directed against the order dated 24.04.2015 passed by the learned Additional District Judge-XIth, East Champaran at Motihari in Probate Revocation Case No. 01 of 1984 by which the aforesaid petition was dismissed.
