ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 442 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire dispute has emanated out of a family dispute in which the Nanad is said to have been claiming her share in her paternal property, resulting in the present altercation leading to injuries on both sides.

Having perused the entire material on record and on consideration of materials which have surfaced in the case diary

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4141 of 2016 (3) dt.22-04-2016 and also on account of the fact that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 442 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
