2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the complainant.
3. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Complaint Case No. 1085(C) of 2023 registered under Sections 420 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. It has jointly been submitted that the matter has been compromised and as per terms and conditions of the compromise petition, the petitioner has to pay Rs. 9,05000/- in two installments: The first installment of Rs. 3,50,000/- has to be paid on or before the end of second week of November, 2025 whereas the second installment of Rs. 5,55,000/- has to be paid
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10303 of 2025(5) dt.30-10-2025 2/2 on or before the first week of April, 2026.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Patna City in connection with Complaint Case No. 1085(C) of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/482 of the BNSS.
6. It is made clear that the petitioner's bail bond shall be accepted provisionally and it shall be confirmed only after payment of the second installment within the stipulated time.
