NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 11-03-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The husband of the petitioner, namely, Binay Prasad retired from the post of Revenue Karamchari on 29.02.2016 from the Office of the Block Development Officer, Bihta, Patna and subsequently died on 04.03.2018. The petitioner is a widow of late employee who has approached this Court for payment of death-cum-retiral benefits of the late employee including the Family Pension, GPF, Group Insurance, Gratuity, Leave Encashment and difference of arrears of salary on account of

Patna High Court CWJC No. 4573 of 2019(2) dt.11-03-2019 2/2 promotion dated 26.12.1972 with penal interest. Considering the nature of claim of the petitioner, let the petitioner file a detailed representation before the respondent no.6, The Block Development Officer, Bihta, Patna for the death-cum-retiral claims, family pension and other dues which will be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.

Any amount due to the petitioner would be paid along with statutory interest within a period of two months thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post.

Writ application is disposed of accordingly.
