Petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2017 in connection with Minapur (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 183 of 1999 registered under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. Charges have already been framed in this case and there is no allegation of tampering with the evidences against the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last three months. Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner,
