The petitioner seeks bail in Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 546 of 2016 registered under Sections 188, 308, 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

50 liters of raw spirit wine is alleged to have recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 08.12.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for four months. He has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14075 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 546 of 2016.
