The grievance of the petitioner is non-payment of salary of her deceased husband, who retired as Head Master of Satyendra High School, Ganghar, P.S. Kutumba, District Aurangabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the a letter has been issued by the In charge Head Master of the School showing the entitlement of the petitioner to her husband's salary as well as his helplessness in matter of payment on the ground that the payment can be made only on the receipt of the allotment.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19320 of 2018(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer, Aurangabad, and District Education Officer, Aurangabad to take appropriate step for payment of arrears of husband of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. In the event the payments are not made to the petitioner within the period of 60 days, the petitioner would be entitled to interest at the rate of 9% on actual payment which shall be borne out from the pocket of the District Programme Officer Aurangabad.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
