2. Following relief(s) have been prayed for in paragraph No. 1 of the present writ application:
"I.
To direct the concerned Respondents to disposed of earliest in Mutation Revision Case no. 46/2014-15 pending in the court of Additional Collector, Patna (Respondent no. 2)
Patna High Court CWJC No.2425 of 2016 dt.01-08-2024 2/2 forthwith in accordance with law.
II. To direct the concerned Respondents to pass necessary order on the petition filed by the petitioner on 8.10.2014 it is pending in the court of Additional Collector, Patna.
III To grant any other relief/reliefs which the petitioner may found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case"
3. Learned counsel for the State referring to paragraph No. 7 of the counter affidavit, submits that the Mutation Revision Case No. 46/2014-15, has already been disposed of, and, as such, the writ application has become infructuous.
4. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application with liberty to move before appropriate forum by filing appropriate application along with application for condonation of delay, as the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court.
5. The writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
