1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar (respondent no. 9) to dispose of the mutation application filed by the petitioner on 12.06.2019 which is still pending before the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar (respondent no. 9).

3. In view of the nature of the prayer made on

Patna High Court CWJC No.3883 of 2020(2) dt.09-10-2023 2/2 behalf of the petitioner, the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar (respondent no. 9) is directed to dispose of the mutation application filed by the petitioner on 12.09.2019 by a speaking and reasoned order preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
