This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code, 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016 and 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

From the back side of the house of the petitioner liquor was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2017. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, after completion of four months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 1 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, or successor Court.
