JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-10-2018 This application has been filed seeking direction to the Bihar School Examination Board to approve the newly constituted Governing Body and Managing Committee of Akhoda College, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, which, according to the petitioner, was constituted in the light of direction issued by the Director (Academics) of the Board. My attention has been drawn to the letter dated 28.04.2018 written by the petitioner to the Director (Academics) of the Board, which is a representation filed by the petitioner in this regard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite lapse of nearly six months, no decision has been taken.

Patna High Court CWJC No.19376 of 2018(2) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of the grievance, the petitioner has raised and the fact that the petitioner has approached the Board by filing representation for approval of newly constituted Governing Body and Managing Committee of the college, I dispose it of with a direction to the Director (Academics) to consider the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with law. It will be open to the petitioner to file a fresh representation in this regard. If the petitioner files such representation within two weeks from today, the concerned respondents will be obliged to dispose it of within four weeks thereafter.

This application stands disposed of.
