None ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 27-09-2024 Heard Mrs. Patla Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner and no one appears on behalf of the State.
2. The present petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceeding against the contemnor against the order 30.08.2019 passed in CWJC No. 17754 of 2019.
3. A show cause has come on behalf of the opposite party nos. 4 to 6 annexing Annexure-A which is the order passed
Patna High Court MJC No.495 of 2020(3) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 by the Circle Officer, Chhatapur, Supaul in Miscellaneous Case No. 09 of 2017-18 according to which, the claim of the petitioner stands rejected for vide an order dated 24.02.2020.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a copy was served only yesterday and then they came to know about the rejection. Further submission is that she may granted permission to challenge the order.
5. In view of the fact that the petitioner was not having any knowledge and it has come to the knowledge after filing of show cause, liberty is granted to challenge the order by way of writ petition.
6. MJC No. 495 of 2020 is disposed of.
